Jon Price
Santa Fe artist Jon Price’s inspiration for his pieces of nature art were inspired by his “Grandaddy Gene”. On fishing trips , they would always look for unique natural items, which were later turned into works of art. His grandfather always said “It takes a lot of serendipity to make whimsy.”
After 20 years of working with deaf multiply handicapped students, Jon now devotes his time to dreaming up and making his “creations.” His background includes the industrial arts and he has a degree from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
